"Il Grand Hotel Palace, Hotel 5* nel centro di Rome cerca **Reservations and Events** **Agent** per inserimento in ufficio Booking & Events Mansioni: - gestione di gruppi ed eventi, - inserimento prenotazioni, - gestione telefonate con ospiti secondo gli standard di catena Si richiede: - Esperienza maturata nel ruolo offerto anche mínima; - Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione alberghiera PMS, Booking Engine e Channel Manager; previo utilizzo del pms opera costituirà titolo preferenziale. - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese - Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra; - Puntualità e flessibilità; - Disponibilità immediata.
