**Job description**:
NAPPI 1911, a historic Italian producer of ingredients and semi-finished products for the confectionery industry, ice cream and pastry shops, is looking for an expert Key Account Manager to join the sales team for the confectionery industry.

**PROFILE**
- Experience in the food industry with Quality Control Department
- Strong cross-functional relationship management (i.e. Production, R&D, Sales, Warehousing,).
- Fair knowledge of English
- Degree in Food Technology, or similar
- Age between 25-30

**ACQUIRED SKILLS**
- Knowledge of sampling procedures, the main analysis techniques of both raw materials and packaging, semi-finished and finished products and good hands-on laboratory experience
- Ability to manage the documentation covering Quality System and implementation
- Ability to manage the procedures related to “non-conformity”, and related solutions
- Customer complaint management
- Audit Support
