Responsabilità principali:

- Gestione quotidiana delle operazioni del ristorante, assicurando standard elevati di qualità e servizio
- Monitoraggio delle performance finanziarie, analisi dei costi e dei profitti
- Formazione, gestione e motivazione del personale
- Implementazione di strategie per migliorare l’efficienza operativa e la soddisfazione dei clienti
- Collaborazione con il team di cucina per garantire un’esperienza culinaria eccellente

Requisiti:

- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza comprovata come General Restaurant Manager
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (sia parlata che scritta)
- Forte capacità di leadership e team management
- Eccellenti competenze organizzative e comunicative
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di gestire situazioni complesse con calma e professionalità
