**Coordinatore - BU Retail**
La risorsa selezionata, in accordo con la direzione operativa si occuperà di gestire, coordinare e monitorare le attività dei tecnici installatori, operanti su tutto il territorio nazionale e degli operatori addetti al customer care che fanno parte della BU.
**Nello specifico effettuerà attività di**:
- analisi e distribuzione dei carichi di lavoro;
- controllo e verifica delle pratiche su sistema CRM, attuando ove necessario, azioni correttive;
- attività quotidiana e settimanale di analisi e verifica dei KPI;
- elaborazione periodica di reportistica;
- costante contatto con le risorse coordinate;
- costante collaborazione con l'ufficio amministrativo.
**Si richiede**:
- laurea in discipline economiche o ingegneristiche;
- esperienza di 3/5 anni maturata in contesti strutturati e modernamente organizzati;
- conoscenza dei processi amministrativi;
- ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office con particolare riguardo per Excel;
- conoscenza di CRM e di Sister.
Completa il profilo avere spiccate doti di coordinamento, analisi, essere persone pragmatiche e abili a lavorare in team.
