**Posizione**:
Head of Business Controlling

La persona, a diretto riporto del CFO, coordinerà un team di 4 persone e avrà la responsabilità del controllo di gestione. Sarà anche importante punto di riferimento per il business, contribuendo a guidare l’azienda nelle scelte più strategiche e decisive.

Si occuperà di:

- Monitorare la profittabilità, controlla i relativi costi, analizzando in modo puntuale gli indicatori operativi (KPI).
- Confrontare i dati preventivi e consuntivi e i relativi scostamenti per valutare eventuali misure correttive in accordo con il business.
- Effettuare un’analisi dei costi e degli investimenti attraverso la predisposizione di reportistica periodica, per valutare, per esempio, eventuali nuove richieste di investimento.
- Predisporre report periodici riferiti alle linee di business e agli investimenti effettuati.
- Costruire forecast e action plan per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business stabiliti in collaborazione con gli altri reparti
- Gestire e interpretare le principali metriche economico-finanziarie dell’azienda per supportare il business nei progetti più complessi e nelle decisioni strategiche;
Coordinare il team di Controlling di 4 persone

**Requisiti**:

- Ha maturato esperienza di almeno 5 anni in un ruolo simile all'interno di società internazionali, preferibilmente nel mondo Tech o Digital;
- Conosce i principi IFRS;
- Ha ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, che utilizzerà quotidianamente in forma orale e scritta (il team è internazionale);
- Ha una spiccata attitudine imprenditoriale;
- Ha un track record di successo su progetti business facing.

Range retributivo: 70.000-80.000 Euro
