Meta is seeking to grow its Creator Partnerships team in Milan with a Strategic Partner Manager. The Creator Partnerships team at Meta manages strategic relationships with Instagram's and Facebook’s emerging media partners such as creators and public figures. The person in this role will have the opportunity to work directly and independently with relevant contacts in talent agencies and execute entertainment priorities. In addition to working with external partners and the broader Media Partnerships team, this role will also interface and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Creator Marketing, Communications, Policy, Editorial, Data and Media Operations teams. This is a full-time position based in Milan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the public figure and creator ecosystem by engaging with and account management for top strategic partners such as talent agents, publicists, and interface directly with creators
- Lead outreach efforts and inbound assistance for creators and industry influencers providing bespoke content strategy
- Create innovative and strategic talent programs that ladder up to company goals
- Cultivate, nurture, and maintain deep Industry relationships including representatives, studios, networks, and talent
- Handle partner account issue problem solving, onboarding guidance and day-to-day inbound from creators
- Track, analyze and communicate industry trends
- Operationalize and set strategy for creator integrations and co-work on strategy and goals with various Meta product teams
- Interface with vertical and regional SPMs to ideate cross-functional programs to create partner value
- Support team projects and events (e.g. oversee talent at company events or industry gatherings)
- Identify new and emerging creators and amplify their strategy across Meta platforms
- Identify new opportunities with creators and their teams to amplify and grow their business objectives
- Serve as an internal advocate for partners by working with Sales, Product, and other Outreach teams

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Extensive years of experience in the entertainment industry
- Extensive experience working with public figures and media organizations
- Knowledge of the digital media market and talent ecosystem
- Experience working both independently and as a team
- Experience multi-tasking, prioritizing, working on different projects and with different partners simultaneously
- Experience with a fast-paced work environment
- Communication and presentation experience
- Fluent Italian and English
- Expert collaboration skills
- Organizational experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Extensive years of experience in the entertainment industry
- Extensive experience working with public figures and media organizations
- Knowledge of the digital media market and talent ecosystem
- Experience working both independently and as a team
