We have an exciting opportunity for a FL Claims Examiner in Milan This role requires good knowledge of FL coverages in order to manage claims falling within authority. In case of claims exceeding authority handler will report the case to team leader or, when necessary, to Regional technical lead for proper handling authority.

**Key responsibilities**:

- FL Claims handling activity
- Monitor & Control activity
- System process activity
- Supervision of specific account activity
- Proactivity in claims handling and data quality
- Business orientation

**Requirements & Experience**:

- At least 3 years experience in FL Claims.
- Strong technical background in Financial Lines Claims
- Degree in law or economics
- Fluent in English - spoken and written.
