Vatican Tour Manager

We seek a passionate and experienced Tour Manager to oversee tour products at Vatican Museums. **Main Activities**: - Research and identify opportunities for new products and adjusting existing products - Build and maintain strong relationships with venues and vendors - Negotiate deals with venues and vendors for optimal terms and economic conditions - Collaborate with team members - Analyze product performance based on customer satisfaction, volume, profitability, and other metrics that are important to the company - Work with the Purchasing Team to forecast and secure admission inventory for tour products - Monitor product competitiveness in the marketplace - Achieve or exceed revenue targets - Keep a pulse on leisure travel trends and recommend necessary actions **Key Skills and Experience**: - Exceptional listening, relationship building, communication (both spoken and written), and presentation skills - Strong analytical and negotiating skills - Self-motivated and the ability to work both remotely and as part of a team - Well organized with good time management skills - Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for travel and tourism - Fluency in English and Italian is required **Job Type**: Part-time Expected hours: minimum 20 per week **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Tourism: 5 years (preferred) - Vatican Tour managment: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) - Italian (required) - Spanish (preferred) - French (preferred) - German (preferred) Contratto di lavoro: Part-time Ore previste: non meno di 20 a settimana Disponibilità: - Festivo - Turni - Weekend Esperienza: - Tourism sector: 5 anni (Obbligatorio) Lingua: - English (Obbligatorio) - Italian (Obbligatorio)
