**ricerca un/a Product & Technical Specialist**

La figura dovrà assicurare la leadership técnica di TUNAP sviluppando le competenze tecniche della Forza Vendita, al fine ultimo di favorire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e redditività dell’azienda e fidelizzazione del cliente.

**MANSIONE**
- Supporto tecnico e formativo ai Sales Account e Clienti (B2B);
- Gestione (redazione e revisione) della documentazione técnica di tutti i prodotti della gamma TUNAP in collaborazione con i reparti marketing & sales;
- Gestione operativa del portafoglio prodotto TUNAP;
- Gestione reclami e riparazioni;
- Test nuovi prodotti.

**REQUISITI**
- Conoscenze tecniche in ambito automobilistico;
- Lingua Inglese o tedesco
- Pacchetto Office
- Comunicazione efficace
- Organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività
