Il nostro cliente, Importante realtà italiana operante nel settore dei servizi B2B e B2C sul mercato nazionale, nell'ottica di sviluppare maggiormente la funzione HR ci ha incaricati di ricercare un/una HR & People Development Manager.

**Posizione**:
La risorsa selezionata entrerà a fare parte del Management Team aziendale e, riportando alla Direzione Generale, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Coordinare le attività presenti e future, più la struttura dell’ufficio HR dell’azienda, oggi già strutturato sul Payroll e HR Administration ed in fase di implementazione;
- Definire, insieme alla Direzione Generale, gli step e le operazioni necessarie al rafforzamento di policy, processi, attività operative e gestionali dell’area HR, anche in chiave prospettica;
- Gestire in prima persona - e con piena responsabilità - l’area People Development, con particolare focus sui task di sviluppo e progetti ad hoc correlati (piani Welfare, Compensation & Benefit, Training, piani di carriera e Recruiting per tutte le funzioni aziendali);
- Coordinare e gestire le Società di Consulenza esterne deputate al service per l’area HR e People Development;
- Rapportarsi con i Dirigenti di funzione per ottimizzare i processi condivisi nella gestione del Personale aziendale, concordando logiche ed azioni di miglioramento ed efficienza;
- Predisporre la reportistica richiesta dalla Direzione, verificare i report nelle aree gestionali ed amministrative dell’area assegnata;
- Gestire le eventuali, marginali, attività di natura sindacale e contenzioso.

**Requisiti**:
Il profilo ideale risulta in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea o Cultura equivalente;
- Almeno 5/6 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, preferenzialmente in realtà operanti nel settore dei Servizi B2C / B2B, Retail, Field Services, Utilities;
- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di task e progetti di sviluppo della funzione HR “from scratch”;
- Responsabilità, capacità operativa e visione strategica e propensione a ragionare per obbiettivi ed all’interno di logiche di piano industriale pluriennale.
