OTB Spa ricerca un/a **IT Collaboration & Multimedia Specialist** per il proprio Headquarters a Breganze (VI). Inserita all’interno del team Digital Workplace dell’area IT Infrastructure & Operations, la risorsa si occuperà di: - Configurare e manutenere le infrastrutture e il Call Manager Cisco per la gestione della telefonia VOIP in tutte le sedi del gruppo; - Supportare l’installazione e la configurazione degli apparati di videoconferenza per l’allestimento di sale riunioni, uffici ed aree per eventi; - Implementare e gestire la piattaforma di Digital Signage per la riproduzione di contenuti multimediali presso le sedi e i negozi del gruppo; - Fornire assistenza di secondo livello e seguire i progetti evolutivi per le tematiche dell’area di competenza, in collaborazione con partner e fornitori esterni. - Laurea in ambito tecnico/informatico o, in alternativa, diploma con specializzazione in ambito telecomunicazioni o informatico; - Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo; - Ottima conoscenza delle principali soluzioni tecnologiche Cisco per la Collaboration (Call Manager, Video Conferencing etc.); - Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Teams; - Spiccate capacità di troubleshooting e problem solving; - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia nel parlato che nello scritto; - Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza della piattaforma cloud Microsoft 365 e il possesso di una o più certificazioni (CCNP o equivalenti).
