For the HQ Sourcing Dpt we are looking for a

**SOURCING MANAGER - Recycling & Support**

The sourcing Dpt. mission for direct purchases (Tinplate, Coating, Inks and Aluminium), is to bring a competitive advantage through the prices negotiation’s, the saucerization, the diversity of the sources, the minimization of the working capital, the continuous improvement of service levels from suppliers and the compliance to the regulations and internal rules : Costs, service, quality & processes.

The Sourcing Mgr, Recycling & Support:

- will be responsible for the sale of the metal scrap,
- will understand the carbon footprint of the metal suppliers, the various taxes and grants (subsidies,CO2 certif, ) to the metal industry,
- will support the development and the utilization of Metal Sourcing optimization/simulation digital tools.

**Posizione**:
**Recycling**:

- To manage/negotiate the existing sales contracts for scrap across Europe, to identify new opportunities through tenders and RFQ and to adapt to the operational needs.
- To develops in-depth recycling market trend and industry knowledge.
- To define, in association with the Operations, the scrap volume to sell, to review the logistics requirements and constraints, to send forecast to the suppliers; to follow-up with Finances dpt, plants & suppliers.
- To prepare with the Purchasing Director, Steel and Aluminium, the Budget/review and the parameters to consider.
- To discuss the assumptions with the market players and the options with the business.
- To closely work with the Back Office function to secure the accuracy of the deals and the close monitoring of the prices and volumes.

**Support**:

- To understand the optimization/simulation tools in use in the Sourcing dpt
- To support the Sourcing Director in charge of the digitalization, to operate these tools, during price negotiation, to update the results based on budget/ rolling forecast, to support for other initiatives to come

**Requisiti**:

- Graduated from an Engineering School, you demonstrate at least a 3 to 5 years Sourcing experience within the Industry sector, with a good understanding of Supply Chain. Packaging and/or Aluminium industry is a plus.
- Strong Negotiation skills, self-starter and result-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational skills with the ability to collaborate, influence and motivate others. Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strategic and global thinking
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English with the ability to work in a multi-lingual environment
- Willing to travel frequently
