Il Technical Representative Under Armour rappresenta un ruolo strategico di comunicazione tra l’azienda e i rivenditori, garantendo una formazione mirata sulle tecnologie e sulle caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto running, così come sul Brand e sui valori ad esso collegati. Il Technical Representative Under Armour è una figura molto vicina al cliente e al consumatore finale, capace di interpretarne bisogni e aspettative.

**Attività & responsabilità**
- Formazione on the job del personale di vendita dei nostri clienti specialisti running (prevalentemente Italia del Nord, in parte Centro / Sud)
- Optional: Presenza e supporto a Trials / Run presso negozio dei nostri specialisti running
- Pianificazione e organizzazione delle visite di formazione, elaborazione di un calendario in collaborazione con il Brand e i clienti + follow-up e recap settimanale post visite
- Presenza e supporto a possibili attività running / eventi lancio prodotto / gare del Brand
- Garantire la crescita della categoria running nei punti vendita Retail, Wholesale e Key Account
- Sviluppare nuove strategie per ottimizzare i processi futuri e quelli esistenti
- Creare connessioni autentiche e rappresentare Under Armour in occasione di eventi podistici, fiere nazionali e locali selezionate, eventi stampa running etc.
- Fornire feedback e analisi tramite report per misurare l'efficacia delle iniziative di prodotto e delle strategie di distribuzione e identificare nuove opportunità di crescita nel settore running
- Monitorare costantemente il mercato running

- Spiccate doti comunicative
- Capacità di presentazione di un tema / prodotto / racconto
- Alta disponibilità a viaggiare
- Flessibilità a seconda delle esigenze dei clienti (e.g. sabato, prima o dopo orario di apertura negozio)
