Eli Lilly Italia è alla ricerca di un/a neolaureato/a in Economia Aziendale da inserire in un percorso di
_stage extracurriculare_ come Product Costing Analyst. La risorsa verrà inserità nel team Manufacturing Finance dello stabilimento produttivo di Sesto Fiorentino e darà supporto alle attività di controllo di gestione in ambito product costing.

In affiancamento al Senior Analyst, la risorsa si occuperà di:

- Standard costing: partendo dall'acquisizione di nozioni sulla cost structure aziendale, arrivando alla definizione e analisi delle variabili che influenzano i costi di produzione di Sito;
- Analisi di scostamenti fra costi pianificati e costi effettivi e proposta di azioni correttive;
- Supporto nella definizione del product costing in fase di elaborazione Business Plan di Sito;
- Supporto nella fase di implementazione della nuova release SAP;

Durante l'esperienza di internship la risorsa avrà quindi la possibilità di acquisire conoscenze relative alla cost structure aziendale, esperienza per quanto concerne il processo di definizione dello standard cost di materiali di acquisto e prodotti, e competenze di analisi varianze di produzione.

Requisiti minimi richiesti:

- Laurea magistrale in Economia Aziendale;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2)
- Padronanza del Pacchetto Office
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di SAP
- Attitudine al team-working e critical thinking
