**Role Intent**
- Marketing Assistant is in charge of securing the workflow execution for artworks (CLAC role) and to be focal point for the Stewardship-related activities, including trainings and audits to the organization under the supervision of the Country Marketing Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Country Label Artworks Coordinator: secure the workflow execution for the timely creation and update of products' commercial labels (artworks). It's responsible of checking the correspondancy between ministerial label and the commercial one. Is informed about productions plans and sales forecasts in order to provide support in prioritizing labels creation and update. To properly cover this task a good teamwork and coordination with the Regulatory team, in addition to the Category Marketing Managers is required.
- Stewardship Coordinator. Is the focal point and key contact with CU Stewardship organization. Is in charge of receiving updated information and trainings from Stewardship Organization and plan, in agreement with the Strategic Marketing Manager the training program for the organization. Coordinates the information collection for the periodical audits securing that it is timely and properly completed
- Educational platform: is responsible for the regular updates of the educational platform in accordance with the Strategic Marketing Manager and in collaboration with the Commercial Efficiency Manager. Provides timely communication about the new contents availability to the organization
- Provide support to the Strategic Marketing Manager on accounting, and on Marketing Communications activities as required in the peak season.

- Advanced level of Excel and Power Point
