Position

Bulgari, within its **Global Merchandising Department** based in **Rome**, is looking for a **Merchandising Specialist**.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Develop the Leather Goods & Accessories (LG&A) Buying and Merchandising guidelines.
- Guide the Buying sessions and coordinate the Local (LG&A) merchandisers to ensure the right product assortment for each store on the basis of stores clustering, product strategies and sales analysis at the end of each buying session.
- Monitor and analyze weekly sales statistics and act to maximize selling opportunities in cooperation with local merchandisers, production and logistics.
- Follow assortment and set up of store openings in cooperation with the Jewelry & Watches Retail Merchandising.
- Ensure a strong cooperation with the Visual Merchandising team on VM display guidelines.
- Guarantee the continuous collection of information and feedback from local sales structures.
- Provide feedback to the Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit to develop future collections according to different markets and consumer needs.
- Work closely with Supply Chain on stock/production related issue.
- Cooperate closely with Distribution Planning to ensure distribution strategy in line with business needs and trends.

Profile

**Qualifications / professional capabilities**:

- Master’s degree
- 2/4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the Retail Industry
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high level of accuracy
- Good knowledge of the relevant market (competitors, luxury business etc.)
- The knowledge of Supply Chain and distribution process will be considered as a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Italian
