A unique opportunity to step into the heart of retail marketing, supporting our team on strategic and operational projects that speak to both consumers and the market.

What You’ll Do (and Learn)
During your internship of six months, you’ll follow a hands-on learning path, working alongside Marketing Managers and Brand Managers, and collaborating with both local and European teams.

Activities include:

- Market analysis and consumer behaviour insights to identify trends and opportunities
- Packaging development and product innovation projects with the European Innovation Team
- Coordination of photo shoots and updates to technical product sheets
- Support for BTL promotional campaigns, go-to-market plan implementation, and POP material development
- Collaboration on ATL communication strategies, social media, and McCain websites
- Quality control and consumer service management

Cross-Functional Collaboration
You’ll work closely with:

- Creative and digital agencies
- Sales, Category, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
- European marketing colleagues and international suppliers

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a curious, proactive mind hungry for ideas. If this sounds like you, you’re already on the right track:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or postgraduate studies in marketing, economics, or related fields
- Passion for food and digital communication
- Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Photoshop and Illustrator are a bonus
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willingness to get involved and dive into wild brainstorming sessions
