Internship - Operational Marketing Specialist (H/F)

We are looking for a trainee who will carry out the following tasks:
- **Promotional & operational MARKETING**:
- Implementation of sales staff trainings for Millet and Lafuma
- Develop trade promotions with the international teams and implement them locally
- Prepare and develop the seasonal activity plans with the sales & mkg Director for the Latine Countries Area
- Develop specific marketing activity plans for KA in collaboration with local sales managers.
- Manage and monitor local point-of-sale (POS) advertising and brand identity
- Support local Concessions Manager for POS development
- Implementation of brand pages and digital activities with Click & Mortar customers
- ** Communication and PR**:
- Build media planning & ‘online' planning's for the MMG brands with the area Sales Director and with the communication manager of each brand (HQ).
- Search, follow-up and steer local (national) partnerships and sponsorships (athletes, Climbing gym)
- Define and implementation of brands' events on the Iberian market (Millet Rise Up tour, Lafuma Substainable Activity, )
- Work closely with the local PR agency for press release and editorials.
- ** Marketing Budget follow-up**
- Prepare annual budget in collaboration with Sales Director
- Monthly follow-up of the budget
- You recognize yourself in this profile:
- Education : degree or master degree level (business school or similar) in Management/Marketing- Rigorous and autonomous
- Ability to define and to implement projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great interest for sales & Trade Marketing
- Italian mothertongues, English fluent mandatory, French is a plus
- Interest for outdoor activities
- Internship of 6month minimum
