We are looking for a Marketing & sales Specialist passionate for Electrification Marketing & Sales Team, ready to take part in ABB’s big challenge and actively contribute to ABB’s Digital Transformation both in terms of digital culture. In this role you be part of Marketing & Sales function and you will be part of a job rotation program made up of different assignments in two roles : Product Marketing and Sales Specialist.

**This position reports to**:
EL Product Marketing Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Analyze and leverage market trends, competitive scenario and business data to design the best product positioning.
- Design the GTM strategy: pricing list, segment and channel approach, lead time.
- Be the referral point as skilled product expert.
- Give pre-sales technical support.
- Listen / understand market needs by visiting customers.
- Own, monitor and leverage PGs businesses data to support sales target.
- Be aware and co-responsible with sales team of gross and net demand order, volume mix for and NPV.
- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
- Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities. Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.
- Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.

**Your background**:

- Two years of experience as Product Marketing specialist or similar as preferred with a master's degree in Business Engineering.
- Technical background (a master's degree in electronic or electrical engineering) is preferred.
- Fluent English and Italian. Be able to deliver perfect pitches and to make efficient keynotes both in Italian and English.
- Ability to understand customer needs will be crucial for your success.
- Be capable to prioritize activities, focus on results and excellent at collaboration. Be interested in, even enthusiast, about marketing and innovative business
- Have an operative knowledge of Web Analytics instruments. Be able to see the process as an opportunity to improve our performances and reach our strategical goals.
- Be able to reason with a user-centered approach: you will be asked to detect the target’s need and translate it into a strategy.
