Come Front Office Shift Leader ti occuperai di:

- gestione e coordinamento del turno;
- accoglienza clienti;
- check-in e check-out;
- assistenza al cliente durante tutto il soggiorno, assicurandosi che ogni loro esigenza sia soddisfatta;
- supporto per la parte contabile e amministrativa.

- esperienza pregressa nello stesso ruolo in contesti di lusso;
- flessibilità negli orari di lavoro;
- capacità di leadership;
- orientamento al problem solving;
- capacità di adattarsi all’innovazione;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata;
- conoscenza di una seconda lingua;
- profonda conoscenza di PMS e channel manager;
- sapiente conoscenza dei sistemi di fatturazione (split payment, fatture PA, contabilità base);
- profonda conoscenza extranet.
