**HR Remuneration & Rewarding Team - Junior Analyst internship**

As a **Junior Analyst Intern** you will support our Remuneration, Rewarding and HR Analytics Team in activities related to data reporting, compensation analysis, budget and market benchmarks to support globally the organization on remuneration and reward practices.

You’ll taking care of the following tasks:

- Supporting reporting and data analysis related to salary review and bonus/MBO
- Support the Remuneration and Rewarding in the Benchmark, Gender Gap and Job Architecture activity
- Support the regular monitoring of Headcount and labor costs, and the understanding of key trends.
- Aid forecasting and budgeting process
- Support in HR tools develop, in particular focus on Workday, understanding of mechanisms and operative tasks
- Cooperate with different function, regional and global teams (Finance, HR, PBU Lead) in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

**Your Profile**:

- University Master Degree in Economics / Organization / Business admin preferred
- Master in Business Administration is a plus
- Italian and English proficiency
- Strong attitude in manipulating data sets and carrying on data analysis
- Ability to process and interpret data and transform them into visual reports and dashboards
- Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Skills are essential
- Able to take the initiative and demonstrate an attitude towards continuous improvement
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Positive attitude and capability to manage multitasking and complex situation

**Additional Information**:

- Office location: Milan (hybrid work)
- This is a 6 months paid internship that will start in few weeks and which will require full-time commitment
- You will have the chance to give your contribution, being involved from Day 1 in exciting global projects around the Dedalus world

**Salary**: €800.00 per month
