Per primaria Società, leader nel campo della formazione linguistica, presente in 29 nazioni in Europa, Asia, America Latina, Oceania e Africa, che conta oltre 400 centri di formazione nel mondo, tra cui oltre 70 sedi presenti in Italia, per la loro sede di Firenze, siamo alla ricerca di un: CENTER MANAGER / UFFICIO COMMERCIALE - SEDE FIRENZE

Attività e Responsabilità:

- Rappresenta l'azienda in maniera credibile e professionale.
- Gestione a 360° del Centro formativo.
- Gestione e motivazione della rete d’impiegati commerciali presenti nell’ufficio.
- Studio e monitoraggio delle attività svolte per assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.
- Gestione del personale e motivazione dello stesso.

Profilo del Candidato:

- Esperienza nel ruolo gestionale.
- Esperienza in simili ruoli in ambiti commerciali.
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team ed al lavoro per obiettivi.
- Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative, forte orientamento al risultato.
- Laureato o di cultura equivalente.
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici.

Contratto di assunzione full-time. Sistema incentivante di sicuro interesse.
Ambiente giovane e dinamico.
Orario di Lavoro: Full time - turni
Sede di lavoro: Firenze
