Il nostro **Padel Resort a Como**, realtà giovane e in forte espansione, è alla ricerca di un/una **Restaurant Manager** motivato/a e dinamico/a, con una visione a 360° della gestione ristorativa, capace di coordinare tutte le attività legate al ristorante e al bar, sia sul piano operativo che organizzativo.

**Il ruolo**

La figura sarà responsabile della **gestione completa del ristorante e bar**, occupandosi di:

- Collaborazione con lo chef per la definizione del menù
- Selezione e aggiornamento della carta dei vini
- Gestione operativa del servizio (pranzo e cena)
- Pianificazione e coordinamento dei turni del personale
- Organizzazione di eventi e iniziative speciali
- Monitoraggio degli standard di servizio e customer experience
- Controllo dei costi, stock e forniture
- Redazione della reportistica giornaliera e mensile
- Coordinamento e formazione del team di sala

La proposta gastronomica include un’offerta **più semplice e comfort a pranzo**, mentre **a cena si punta su qualità e ricerca**, con un servizio che nella stagione estiva si estende anche agli spazi esterni del Resort.

- **Esperienza consolidata** nella gestione di ristoranti o strutture ricettive
- Capacità di leadership e gestione del personale
- Ottime doti organizzative, comunicative e relazionali
- Attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento al cliente
- Flessibilità e spirito di iniziativa
- Competenze nella gestione di costi e fornitori
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (preferibile)
