As a **Technical Animator**, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between animation and technology in our game development process. You will leverage your technical knowledge to support the creation of high-quality animations, ensuring they meet both visual standards and technical requirements. Collaboration with artists and programmers will be essential to delivering high-quality gaming experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilize your expertise in rigging, skinning, and animation to create and maintain animation systems.
- Collaborate with animators and programmers to ensure animations are optimized for performance and visual fidelity.
- Develop and maintain tools and pipelines that enhance the efficiency of the animation production process.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to animation and rigging.
- Ensure animations integrate seamlessly with gameplay mechanics and narrative.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Technical Animator in the gaming industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of rigging, skinning, and animation principles.
- Proficiency in animation software packages such as Maya, 3ds Max, and Blender.
- Familiarity with game engine workflows and a solid understanding of real-time animation processes and pipelines.
- Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) to automate tasks and improve workflows is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian is preferred.
