**About the role**:

- A challenging and dynamic R&D Assistant position to support the implementation of global projects and initiatives in the field of fabric care products. From feasibility studies to successful market launches.
- Due to short decision-making processes and flat hierarchies, you will work exceptionally independently and constantly master new and unknown situations.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Deliver projects in an efficient manner, ensuring all the technical and consumer’s usage aspects are well understood and explored.
- Ensuring proper coordination of laboratory activities while keeping key stakeholders well informed.
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques for working at the bench.
- Participate in projects and teams, carrying out:

- Production of lab samples
- Performance tests
- Stability tests
- Support to industrial trials
- Specification setting
- Product scale up with supply chain

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Must be qualified to at least bachelor degree in Chemistry related discipline.
- Proven technical and scientific experience in one or more Research & Development areas.
- Strong organizational and coordinating skills that can be applied in laboratory environment.
- A bias for action. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand requirements during practical implementation of innovation at a manufacturing set up is essential.
- Basic knowledge of English is necessary. Fluency in English is advantageous.
