**Exclusive luxury 5 star hotel, located in a historical city landmark, is looking for an Experience Concierge.**
**Description of the Hotel**:
The Position requires ample ability to manage all the rooms division tasks and to lead his / her team under the most exigent quality and service standards.
**Position description and goals**:
A) He/She is a brand ambassador, representing all the cultural values and tradition from the hotel brand.
B) Must create an out-of-the-box experience in Milano, pursuing guest service personalization.
C) He/ She is detail-oriented and devoted to the excellence service.
D) This position has a commitment beyond all of the traditional services standards and must exceed the guest expectations.
E) He/She has the responsibility to take any action necessary to give each guest a one-of-a-kind and unforgettable experience.
F) Front Desk Administrative duties:
The Experience Concierge is in charge of all the administrative duties that are included at a Front Desk Department (Check IN, Check OUT, Upgrade programs, Communication with HKP and Maintenance, between others).
G) To achieve sales and guest recognition program goals.
**Requirements**:
- Hospitality professional with a minimum of 2 years experience with similar roles working for luxury hotels.
- Very proactive and dynamic.
- International experience. Willing to relocate in Milano.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or other related fields
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Full availability and flexibility regarding work schedule.
