**Responsibilities**:

- Provides feedback of relevant information to the internal technical team and other stakeholders
- Seeks out new opportunities and supports ongoing projects
- Supports customer strategy, while remaining in alignment with the site(s)
- Offers feedback and insights to the organization regarding potential business closures
- Facilitates customer negotiations
- Provides comprehensive reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of selling seals or technical products
- Experience in food and beverage or pharma market is a plus
- Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
- Fluent in English language
- The position owner will be based in Milano or Bologna or Verona (Home office)
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
