**Job Summary**

We are looking for a qualified F&B Procurement & Accounting Specialist for managing all the activities concerning the sourcing of Food & Beverage materials, coordination of restaurant’s warehouse and responsibility of business unit accounting.

Contribute to the Restaurant success working full dedicated and interacting actively with co-workers from other sectors (Reception, Bar, Kitchen improving Team Working

**Responsibilities**:

- Warehouse flow monitoring, inventories, goods receipt control
- Purchase of F&B raw materials in collaboration with Executive Chef and Maître
- Order management based on communicated stocks
- Suppliers Management
- General accounting and passive billing control
- Restaurant area analysis activities
- Food and beverage cost calculation
- Daily relationship with Executive Chef and Maître/Restaurant Manager for control and reporting activities
- Handling of ordinary activities (document archiving, mail management, etc.)

**Requisiti**:
**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years’ previous experience in the role
- Excellent work organization skills, time management accuracy and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures, policies, regulations, and rules
- Team-work oriented approach
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Economics
- Excellent ability to use Office package, especially in Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
