- Supporto all'HR Manager e alla figura di HR Recruiter;
- Struttura del piano di Welfare aziendale.

L' HR Training and Development Specialist ideale possiede:

- Laurea / Diploma studi umanistici;
- Esperienza in ruoli analoghi con focus sulla formazione;
- Buon utilizzo di Excel;
- Spirito collaborativo e di lavoro in team;
- Ottime capacità relazionali, per confronto con colleghi, produzione e direzione.
