Job Description Summary We are looking for a Learning and Development Intern to be based in our office and Store in Milan. This internship is a very exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic student as it offers a unique mix of responsibilities in a global company, recognized as the world's most valuable clothing retailer. You will support L&D Development manager with all administrative related tasks, training deliveries and material translations from English to Italian and Spanish. Hours: Full-time, 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday Contract: 6 months Curricular Internship (Unpaid, with benefits) => Important => You need to be able to activate a “Convenzione di Stage” with your internship promoting entity (University, Master, etc ) We are looking for a Learning and Development Intern to be based in our office & Store in Milan. This internship is a very exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic student as it offers a unique mix of responsibilities for improving training environment and training material for two Countries (Italy and Spain). **Responsibilities**: Italy and Spain Learn and Development - Translate (or check translation of) existing training material from English to Italian and Spanish - Follow and suggest optimization of our training material - Update administration documents related to people’s evaluations and training tracker - Support in delivering onboarding training for newly hired staff in Italy (when required) - Produce periodic reports, presentations, and statistics on Training activities - Prepare communications and presentations for training courses/content - Manage and monitor course release calendars and communication of training content in the online training platform - Track training hours across all training programs managed by the L&D team. Profile - Bachelor/ master’s degree in HR, Law, Business, Economics, Sociology, Language and Culture or equivalent - Fluent in Italian, Spanish and English with strong written and spoken skills (translations are an important part of the job) - Computer literate, with experience using Excel and Power Point - Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines, while maintaining a strong attention to details - Strong communication skills - Proactive, results orientated, positive and open mindset - Passionate in learning new skills and self-development LI-Hybrid LI-POST
