Front of House Intern – F&B Outlets, The Westin Palace Milan

The Westin Palace Milan, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Intern to join our F&B team.

This role offers a unique learning opportunity with operational rotations across all the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets, providing a complete overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the front-of-house teams during service
  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Learn and adhere to Marriott International operational standards

Requirements:

  • Passion for hospitality and interest in Italian cuisine
  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
  • Legal authorization to undertake an internship in Italy
  • Strong motivation to learn and grow professionally
