Elite - Associate, Sales and Relationship Management

ELITE, the Pan-European network of the Group that connects private companies with diverse sources of capital to drive their growth, provides a job opportunity in Corporate Sales & Relationship Management Team. The role will require the individual to sell and manage the relationships with ELITE companies. The geographic focus of the role will predominantly be focused on Italy.
Workplace: working from home/office (Milan, Piazza degli Affari 6)
Period: permanent contract
Role Responsibilities
The predominant focus of the role is to:
- Promote and sell the ELITE membership to prospect private companies
- Continuously engage with the ELITE companies in order to fully understand their financial/strategic needs
- Maintain and or increase revenue from existing accounts
- Actively promote the interaction of the companies with the community of Partners and Brokers part of the ELITE Community
- Work in close coordination with the broader Sales and Relationship management team both in Italy and globally
- Collect and update structured information and data on the managed portfolio of companies
- Working experience: 2 - 5 years in client facing roles within financial institutions, Corporate Finance boutiques, auditing firms
- Additional skills in Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis and Company Valuation will be considered
- Degree or equivalent
- Competency with MS Office PPT, WORD, EXCEL, and CRM systems (ie Salesforce or MS Dynamics), additional digital media engagement skills also considered
- Excellent communication both written and verbal. Enthusiasm and drive to succeed in dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure both in team and independently, assuming responsibility for project deliverables
- Fluent business English
