We are seeking a proactive, dedicated and detail oriented Account Administrator to join our growing team, based in San Marino. This role will report directly in to the Finance Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ultimately to be responsible for accurate sales & purchase invoicing and disbursement processing and reporting for aircraft and overheads, to include:

- Posting purchase invoices in local and foreign currency
- Dealing with queries from suppliers
- Managing the accounts inbox
- Posting payments
- Dealing with internal invoice queries
- Raising sales invoices
- Prepare monthly client disbursements
- Prepare and process ad hoc payments
- Support daily bank reconciliations where required
- Month end & other reports
- Support the team in other duties as required

**Technical skills**
- Excel skills - intermediate (Pivots, lookups)
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Access Dimension experience (desirable)

Pay: €24,000.00 - €25,618.00 per year
