**Responsibilities**:
**Below is a snippet of some of the main duties you will have**:

- Handling Complex investment orders for Italy and backup within South Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland)
- Review of customer terms and conditions and ensuring terms are correctly flagged in SAP
- Process of invoice complains and returns by using approved systems
- Liaise with Credit Control concerning new account details and/or credit queries
- Arrange couriers and freight forwarders for the shipment and return of goods
- Prepare various reports including month closing tasks
- Participate in global and local projects and training
- Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally

**Essential Requirement**:
Qualifications:
**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Fluent in both Italian and English languages
- Experience as an excellent administrator with strong customer focus.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Office 365
- Have good Communication skills enabling effective communication within and across the function and team
- SAP experience would be an advantage.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good collaboration and team working skills
