How will you Contribute?

We are currently seeking a motivated Post order Expediting that will join our company.

Your responsibility will include:

  • Sending purchase order to the supplier
  • Sending order confirmation to the customer
  • Checking the supplier's confirmation.
  • Send request of payments to our finance Department
  • When goods are ready, you will proceed to send a request with all necessary details for pickup.

You will Manage:

  • Monitoring the orders and the status order updating in the Sap Tool.
  • Monitoring sales orders based on delivery date (expired, not expired)

Requirement

The ideal candidate has a previous experience, at least of 1 years, as Post Order Expediting

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Fluent English (B2-C1 level)

Nice to have knowledge of Sap.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relation with internal key stakeholders and external (customers and suppliers).

Type of contract: fixed term contract with full time hours 12 months
