Our HSE Site Manager actively encourages and leads the KVI and contractor teams to implement and comply with project HSE requirements. Tasks:

- Develop, implement and update the Site HSE Management System in line with company, Italian and external certification requirements
- Monitor compliance with legal requirements
- Support Site Manager on the correct implementation of the Permit to Work system
- Undertake incident investigation, reporting, internal inspections and audits of HSE standards on site
- Ensure medical examinations (incl. drug and alcohol testing, etc.) of all staff is carried out as appropriate
- Undertake site HSE inductions and provides regular HSE training / information for new employees

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years’ experience at site as HSE leader for Construction / Commissioning in large projects
- Degree in HSE or Engineering or an internationally recognized HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and best international practices
- Fluency in Italian and in English
- Communication, training and leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of Management systems (ISO 45001, SCC, ISO 14001). Certification as an ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 auditor would be a plus
