- clinical services (clinical and health psychology, psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, speech-language pathology, etc.);
- human resources management through Giunti Psychometrics HR consulting (in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology);
- school and counselling services (educational, work and university consultancy).Giunti Psychometrics commits to offering clients high quality, innovative scientific tools and services meeting the needs of Italian clients and those in a range of other European countries.

**Posizione**:
Main activities:

- support in the preparation and negotiation of national and international commercial contracts.
- support in the management of Intellectual Property issues (trademarks, copyrights, legal opinions and related contracts);
- assistance in the management of legal issue according to legislative decree 231/01 and privacy laws;
- corporate compliance (drafting of minutes for the Board of Directors, Shareholders' Meetings and proxies);
- manage relations with law firms appointed for debt collection activities;
- monitor of reference regulations;
- give legal support to the various corporate functions, including but not limited to issues concerning public contracts.

**Requisiti**:
**Education and work experience**
- Law degree;
- Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar role. Previous experience in medium-sized international contexts will be considered a plus;

**Competences and skills**
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English. Knowledge of a second language (in particular, Spanish) is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Accuracy, ability to analyse in depth and synthesise, problem-solving and result-oriented:

- Pro-activeness, goal-oriented and tenacity to carry out assigned tasks;
- Relational and organisational skills and aptitude for teamwork.
