Sales Operation Analyst

All'interno della direzione Sales & Energy Solutions la risorsa avrà il compito di avrà il compito gestire in autonomia tutto il processo di redazione dei mandati di agenzia e loro manutenzione sia del mercato delle commodities sia del mercato delle greentech facendo inoltre da focal point, per tutte le attività legali da condividere con la Direzione legale, nello specifico si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- raccolta e verifica corredo documentale per apertura Agenzia;
- redazione contratto di agenzia e addendum correlati;
- relazione con Ufficio Amministrativo ed Ufficio Acquisto per espletamento pratiche quali Iscrizione Enasarco e Creazione Anagráfica;
- elaborazione recesso contratto di Agenzia ed invio via pec/raccomandata;
- gestione eventuali problematiche in merito al comportamento adottato dall'agenzia nello svolgimento della sua attività in collaborazione con l'Ufficio Legale interno;
- gestione recupero somme in collaborazione con l'ufficio Crediti;
- elaborazione addendum per la concessione di premi o gare;
- collaborazione in progetti inerenti possibilità di sviluppo e crescita in realtà quali la Commodity e l'Efficienza Energetica (Superbonus, Ecobonus, Rec );
- elaborazione e gestione file excel per raccolta informazioni sulle agenzie.

Requisiti e conoscenze necessarie
- laurea in Giurisprudenza, Economia
- buon utilizzo degli strumenti Microsoft in particolare Excel e Word;
- capacità di lavorare in gruppo
