Per avviato Customer Service inbound cerchiamo operatori con esperienza in attività di Call Center Inbound con disponibilità immediata e al lavoro su turni Lunedì-Venerdì (08:00-18:00).
L'attività prevede, dopo un periodo di formazione iniziale, la gestione di problematiche relative al mondo e-commerce.
Richieste capacità di gestione problematiche, buone competenze informatiche, ottimo italiano, olandese e buon inglese.
Si offre contratto a tempo determinato TLC III° Livello in Azienda di prestigio con Sede a Milano, in zona raggiungibile con metro e linee di superficie.
Voor Inbound klantenservice zijn we op zoek naar ervaren operators met onmiddellijke beschikbaarheid en om te werken in een ploegendienst van maandag tot vrijdag (08:00-18:00).
De activiteit omvat, na een initiële trainingsperiode, het behandelen van problemen met betrekking tot de e-commerce wereld.
Vereiste zijn Probleemmanagementvaardigheden, goede computervaardigheden en uitstekende taalvaardigheid van de volgende talen: Italiaans, Nederlands en Engels.
Wij bieden een contract aan van bepaalde duur (TLC III) in een prestigieus bedrijf gevestigd in Noord Milaan, in een gebied dat goed bereikbaar is met openbaar vervoer.
