**Who we are looking for?**

We are seeking for a talented and highly motivated **Junior IT Desktop Analyst - Trainee **to support the Corporate ICT Manager at our Corporate Office in Milan.

You will deal with Level 1 Helpdesk requests and develop Power Apps.

A brief experience within Service Delivery is preferred.

The ideal joiner provides:

- Demonstrable knowledge of MS Office 365 apps, Windows 10, Office 365 Services & Microsoft Active Directory.
- Must ensure that all helpdesk calls are responded to in a professional manner;
- Must ensure that all helpdesk calls are recorded properly, prioritised and dealt with in a timely manner, according to Savills KPI and SLA.
- Good communicator. Able to discuss solutions, requirements, and risks.
- Ability to develop tools within PowerBI and Power Apps environment.
- Italian language proficiency is required (at least C1 level); English language knowledge is also required (at least B1).
- A short experience in providing Helpdesk support, while developing Power Apps and while using PowerBI.

**What you will be responsible for?**

As **Junior IT Desktop Analyst - Trainee** at Savills you will be responsible for:

- Provide 1st level desktop support for local office.
- Provide 1st level remote desktop support for remote working employees.
- Log, respond and monitor all help desk requests.
- Monitor key back-office services for effective and continual delivery.
- Develop PowerBI and Power Apps.
- Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and preferably SCCM.
- Ensure effective monitoring of back-office services: O365, CRM, central data storage, web access (OWA and intranet) and local network.
- Provide support for cloud services such as O365, Dynamics365, PowerBI, PowerApps.
- Develop PowerBI and PowerApps.
- Help maintain desktop builds/configurations.
- Help maintain and support phone system.
- Identify common trends and escalate as appropriate.
