**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize the work surfaces, equipment, dishes, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness standards following the kitchen cleanings procedure, hood extractor cleanings procedure, oil disposal procedure and electrical equipment procedure.
- Operate the dishwashers and other equipment used for cleaning and sterilizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items
- Clean and maintain the kitchen, sweeping and washing floors, sanitizing job areas.
- Follow all the relevant safety procedures related to the use of the kitchen’s equipment, the disposal of waste products, and other activities
- Support the Chefs

**Requirements**:

- Live near the Resort and/or be equipped with a means of transport (car/moto ecc..)
- Speak at least an intermediate level of Italian or English
- Minimum 1-year experience in the position is considered a plus
