In questo ruolo ti occuperai di:

- Consulenza e vendita telefonica di prodotti assicurativi
- Controllo documentale
- Consulenza e gestione polizze
- Gestione recall in inbound/outbound per customer retention
- Promozione e vendita in inbound/outbound per aumento portfolio prospect
- Upsell garanzie

Requisiti:

- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
- Orientamento al cliente
- Ottima capacità di problem solving
- Predisposizione alla vendita
- Propensione al lavoro in team
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni

Completano il profilo:

- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Buona dimestichezza nell'utilizzo dei dispositivi informatici
- Esperienza nel ruolo di consulente telefonico
