**THE ROLE**
Communisis are seeking an experienced Reporting Insight Analysis to join the team on a permanent basis.

This position will be open to remote applicants. However we have a Rome office, should employees want to work onsite on a hybrid basis

Ensuring effective and accurate production of MI reporting and provision of actionable insight whilst ensuring contractual requirements are met in terms of content, submission and data accuracy.

As an Insight Analyst, you'll be responsible for conducting research and providing data analysis. This is carried out using analysis tools to extract meaningful insights of data that will help us make informed decisions.

The successful Analyst will also be responsible for presently analysis and providing recommendations to help drive business outcomes.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support and complete projects as requested by Senior Insight and Reporting Manager/team manager and wider Commercial Team.
- Carry out activity to produce and collate monthly MI reports for Communisis’s global clients using existing processes in excel but supporting implantation and adoption of Alteryx and Tableau software
- Liaise with wider Communisis teams to ensure that MI reports are delivered on time, accurately and aligned with contractual obligations
- Maintain and manage templates for MI and associated filing systems both on and offline
- Conduct analysis using MI data to support business needs such as supply chain optimisation and operational efficiencies recommendations
- Proactively highlight any data and system inconsistencies that hinder MI creation/analysis to ensure optimal resolution by relevant parties
- Provide support, actionable insight and guidance to Account Teams during contract/business reviews, with in depth knowledge of MI provided throughout the year
- Assess requests and manage any client requirements in terms of changes to the MI produced
- Support wider central team remit where required

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- High level of attention to detail
- 2-3 years experience within a similar position
- Ability to follow detailed processes consistently with mínimal supervision
- Good mathematical and statistical skills - educated to A Level or European equivalent would be desirable.
- Excellent MS Excel skills, pivot tables and array formula as a minimum
- Knowledge and understanding of MI output and systems for delivery
- Capable of working well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience with Alteryx and Tableau is an advantage
