**The opportunity**
For our Business Unit **Grid Automation**- **Sales Team**we are looking for an **intern**who will support in developing **preliminary solutions, technical and commercial offers**within the **protection and control systems**area.
This internship will give you the opportunity to write your **thesis**about the role of multinational companies in the Italian energy market, focusing on the optimization of sales processes.
- Available locations: Milano - Santa Palomba Roma _

**How you’ll make an impact**
- In collaboration with the Sales Team implement the sales strategy by promoting value add solutions to the benefit of the customer;
- Understand the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices and support in preparing sales plans, reviewing them and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed;
- Give support in developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios;
- Establish long term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations. Register customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process;
- Contribute to risk assessments related to price and quality. Ensure technical reliability, safety and cost-effective solutions to satisfy customer’s needs. Comply with health and safety directives;
- Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.
**Your background**
- You are finishing your Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical / Energy / Mechanical / Automation / Management **Engineering**(or similar) and you are looking for an **internship opportunity to write your**thesis**.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good analytical skills, proactivity and customer oriented mindset;
- Excellent ability to work in a team;
- Good knowledge of written / spoken **English**and **Italian**;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
