Commercial Proposal Specialist for New Equipment

Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

**Partner with the best**

To Prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan.

**Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities**:

- Developing proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
- Handling standardized products with pre-defined options.
- Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.
- Handling targeted clients
- Discussing sales approach with manager.
- Leading a department of medium-large personnel costs.
- Handling Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence

**Required Qualifications**
- Have a degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with some experience in commercial proposals
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have problem solving skill
- Be interested in New Equipment (Pumps, Valves and Systems)
