Stanowisko to podlega:
P&L Business Partner
The goal of this position is to leverage the purchasing power of ABB on a global level and to achieve the set of performance targets for the key categories within IT for Electrification Business area.
The work model for the role is hybrid or remote.
Key responsibilities:
- Understanding business priorities and challenges, building strong partnerships with stakeholders and successfully engaging with reference functions. Also being able to act with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Working in close collaboration with the business on the identification and realization of cost reduction opportunities and translating them into sourcing events.
- Supporting the development and implementation of short-, mid
- and long-term Category Strategies in alignment with Business.
- Leading and supporting sourcing initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders to implement regional category strategies.
- Running RFPs/ RFQs / e Auctions in SAP Ariba and Apadua in a smooth way for IT projects
- Reviewing and driving independently contracts to completion - in partnership with the suppliers and the internal ABB business/legal
- Ensuring a robust approach to supplier management (value creation / continuous improvement targets, reporting of supplier performance, innovation programs), building effective suppliers relationship, verifying that supply base /suppliers
Qualifications:
- University degree, with business or engineering degree preferable
- 3+ years of in-depth sourcing and category management experience or equivalent extensive experience working in the IT related categories
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, project management skills
- Proven analytical acumen and capability in negotiation and stakeholder management
- Highly organized and strong result-orientation and excellent contract management expertise
- SAP Ariba including eAuctioning, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel and PPT
- Business level fluency in English
