WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Align Advanced concept development roadmap to vehicle development Roadmap, taking into consideration all stakeholders involved (Brands, Engineering, Quality, manufacturing, etc ), Enable Innovation projects and new technologies to be implemented in new programs. Assure project management best practices are consistently applied including a robust project tracking framework. Drive the transition between Project to Architecture development across multiple Platforms.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Platform function with focus on:

- Develop and monitor execution plans for modules and Architectures the entire program
- Accountability for Planning and execution for all program objectives : time, cost, quality and scope
- Bring together the cross functional team in a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Communicate to stakeholders throughout the project
- Proactively identify and mitigate risk
- Provide visibility to issues as they arise, escalate as needed

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- A proactive leader who motivates the team to deliver projects to our end customer
- As proactive professional you have the skill of anticipating on future roadblocks.
- When roadblocks occur, you have the necessary skills to solve them.
- You don’t get lost in the detail,but keeps the team on the right track.
- Platform experience is a plus (program Manager, Project leader, etc )
- Ability to work transversally with different teams and interface easily with other engineering disciplines.
- Significant Problem-Solving experience.
- Good communication and personal organization/control skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Willing to Travel (5%).

OTHER INFORMATION:

- Eligibility to work in the main european engineering sites
- Full clean Driving Licence
- Ability to travel around the territory and availability to occasional travels with some over-night stays
- Languages: fluent in English and Italian preferred
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Product knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational skills.
