Within the Versace Global Business Control team, the _Global Retail MDM Specialist_ will be responsible for powering the WW Retail management systems and for the Retail back office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Feed the worldwide retail management systems with data (product master data, barcode, price lists and orders) in compliance with defined deadlines to guarantee the processes of the retail channel (boutiques, corners, outlets, warehouses);
- Ensure back office support for EMEA stores and local retail/back office teams with regards to product master data, price lists, orders, to comply with company procedures;
- Create and manage the master data for products in licenses;
- Manage orders for products in licenses: orders entry, managing through system, sending to worldwide retail systems;
- Support EMEA stores and other regions worldwide with all requests regarding orders and price lists;
- Capture any technical or procedural issues that may arise in the daily activities with local retail teams, IT teams, and logistics;
- Manage correctly and on time the received data in the data entry activities, both input and sending to the management and retail systems;
- Develop required reporting, respecting the assigned timelines;
- Interface with various company’s departments, in particular Buying, IT, Licensing, E-Commerce, Logistics, Operation Retail, Inventory Controlling and licensees.
**Profile**:

- Degree in Economics, IT or Management Engineering;
- At least 1/2 years of experience in similar role;
- Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel;
- Preferably Stealth user;
- Good English Knowledge;
- Good analytical skills;
- Strong propensity for problem solving;
- Background in a Fashion/Luxury Company is a plus.
