Omnichannel & Go to Market Junior Analyst

**Position**:
The fixed term position is based in Fendi HQ in Rome. Supporting the Omnichannel Business Intelligence & Go to Market Senior Specialist and closely working with WW Go to Market, Supply Chain and Omnichannel team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support to reporting and monitoring Sales and Launch performance
- Support on Omnichannel and CRM analysis
- Support on Launch Plan definition and document preparation to share with the Zones
- Analyse orders & sales identifying areas of opportunities and improvement
- Support Go to Market team during buying sessions ensuring the right communication between different teams about Network and assortment

**Profile**:
The position requires an individual who works well in changing environment, fast and dynamic.
- University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, especially during buying sessions and launches
- Analytical background and skills, excellent usage of Excel (Power BI is a plus)
- Teamwork and communication skills, detail oriented
- Fluent English needed
