Fendi Supply Chain is looking for an experienced Distribution Planner to optimize stock distribution on Seasonal items (all categories) from buying session till end of life in order to optimize sales & sell through.

This is a position based in Central Supply Chain Team in Rome.

**MISSION**

**Distribution Planning**

Optimize Seasonal products distribution worldwide in collaboration with Merchandising teams & local Supply Chain teams.
- Before launch: Reallocate seasonal orders based on latest sales trend, forecast and local market needs (events, pop ups, opening, etc)
- Before launch: Liaise with local distribution planners to set the rule for stock allocation based on product and market specificities with the aim to guarantee the right balance of central stock
- After launch: Weekly reallocations of seasonal products based on sales trend to optimize in-season sell through
- Distribute seasonal goods inventory worldwide in line with corporate guidelines to maximize revenues, minimizing inventory levels, stock out taking into consideration market lead time.
- Ensure stock allocation is aligned with Merchandising & Supply Chain strategy
- Support Local Distribution Planners to optimize local stock giving guidelines for stock consolidation intra zones
- Manage and monitor the stock rebalancing cross regions liaising with central and local teams both merchandising and supply chain
- Manage the shop openings ramp-up, closure and pop up.
- Coordinate seasonal buyback campaigns from stores.
- Cultivate strong relationship with Local Distribution Planning, Central Merchandising, Central VM to ensure alignment of plans and sharing information.
- Develop, track and support refining key operating performance metrics concerning distribution performances closely working with BI and Finance teams

**Profile**:

- At least 4-5 years’ experience in a distribution planning role
- Master’s Degree or Engineer
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Fluency in English, Italian and French are a plus
- Self-motivated and committed to getting the job done
- Effective communicator at all levels
- Self-disciplined and able to work unsupervised
